province. The surrounding countryside
is characterised by olive trees interspersed
by rocky outcrops. The town is famous for
the Fuente del Rey, a fountain with 139 individual
water sprouts, which is supposed to be one
of the largest in Spain. The town has
many wonderful restaurants and bars where
it is possible to pass sunny afternoons enjoying
tapas, watching Spanish life unfold around
you.
